Andy has over 25 years experience running and investing in high tech and finance related businesses. Andy is the founder and Managing Partner of KeenCrypto, a fund of blockchain native venture funds. Andy serves on the advisory board of Bloccelerate.vc and One Way Ventures. From 2015-2021, Andy served as a consultant to Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft on new product innovation and digital transformation. From 2008 to 2020, Andy was Managing Partner of Founder’s Co-op as well as the Managing Director of TechStars Seattle where his funds were seed investors in 4 current unicorns (i.e each >1B valuation). Prior to this Andy was CEO of multiple early stage technology companies and sold companies to Microsoft, the New York Times Digital, and Axciom. All of these professional endeavors demonstrate Andy’s passion and acumen for business at the intersection of technology and finance.

Prior to joining Forum3 as CEO, Adam Brotman was CEO of Brightloom, where he and his team built a first-of-its-kind high performance customer engagement platform for consumer brands. A long-time technology innovator, Adam is passionate about helping brands build meaningful customer relationships through loyalty, mobile technology and personalized digital engagement. Adam was recognized as one of the 100 Most Creative People by Fast Company in 2012, and was named CDO of the Year by the CDO Club in 2015. Adam was co-CEO, President and Chief Experience Officer at J.Crew, where he was responsible for launching their first-ever loyalty program. Prior to that, he spent a decade in various leadership roles at Starbucks, where he served most of his tenure there as the first Chief Digital Officer of a major public company, and also spent time as Executive Vice President of Global Retail Operations. He was integral in developing and driving much of Starbucks’ best-in-class digital platforms, such as loyalty, mobile apps, mobile payment, mobile ordering, customer-data driven personalized marketing, promoted and social media strategies, digital partnerships, and more. Adam serves on the board of MOD Pizza Company, Ruby Tuesday, Locate and Brightloom; and previously on the boards of Neiman Marcus and Brooks Running Shoe Company.
